Would you like to share feedback or an idea to help improve Mazlo? Just follow these steps to share your thoughts, and a team member will reach out shortly to keep you updated.
Submit a Bug Report
Running into a glitch or an issue in Mazlo? Let us know by submitting a quick bug report. Here’s how to do it in just a few simple steps.
Step 1: Click on the Question Mark Icon
Begin by clicking on the question mark icon.

Step 2: Select “Bug Report”
When the menu pops up, choose Bug Report. This lets us know you're reporting a technical issue.

Step 3: Enter a Title
In the title field, briefly describe the problem. Keep it short but specific, like “Error message when adding a donor” or “Frozen loading on payment request submit page.”

Step 4: Enter a Description
In the description box, provide details on the bug you experienced. Try to include:
Where the bug happens (e.g., specific page or feature)
Any steps to make the bug happen again
How it affects your work

Step 5: Upload a File (Optional)
If you have a screenshot or file showing the bug, upload it by clicking the “Add an Attachment” button.

Click to upload the attachment or drop the file directly into the bubble.

Step 6: Click Submit
When you’re ready, click Submit to send the report to our team.

Step 7: Our Team will Reach Out
After submitting, a Mazlo team member will reach out to you. They may ask for extra details if needed, or they’ll update you on the progress of fixing the issue. Thanks for helping us keep Mazlo running smoothly!

Submit a Feature Request
Would you like to share an idea to make Mazlo even better? We’d love to hear it! Submitting a feature request is easy, and your feedback helps us build the tools you need.
Step 1: Click on the Question Mark Icon
Begin by clicking on the question mark icon.

Step 2: Select “Feature Request”
When the menu appears, select Feature Request to let us know you’re suggesting something new or improved.

Step 3: Enter a Title
Type in a short, clear title for your request, like “Add custom reporting format” or “Support for new payment methods.”

Step 4: Enter a Description
In the description, explain your feature idea and how it could help you. Be as specific as possible! Share details like:
What the feature would do
How it would improve your work with Mazlo
Any examples of similar features you’ve seen

Step 5: Upload a File (Optional)
If you have any supporting images or documents, feel free to attach them by clicking “Upload File.”

Step 6: Click Submit
Once you’ve filled everything out, click Submit to send us your request.

Step 7: Our Team will Reach Out
After submitting your request, a Mazlo team member will reach out to discuss your idea further or provide an update. We appreciate your input—it’s what helps us make Mazlo better for everyone!
