Create a contact profile for a recipient, where you can upload pertinent documents and track payments made with your fiscal sponsor's approval.

Whether you need to pay for a good, service, or reimbursement, you can easily create a contact profile to send a payment via ACH or paper check with your fiscal sponsor's approval.
Next, select whether the recipient is an Individual or a Business.
Enter the contact's first and last name. You can also add their contact information, such as their email to send them a tax acknowledgement letter. Then click 'Next.'
Enter the Contact's Address
Optionally, you can save the contact's address. To skip this step, click 'Next.'
Other Info
Enter the organization's EIN. To skip this, click 'Next.'
First select the recipient's bank account type. Then enter the name of the recipient's bank, account number and routing number. Then click 'Done.'
To skip this step, you can click 'Done' without banking information.
Success! The contact profile is now saved in Mazlo.
Click 'Edit' to update their contact information.
Click 'Edit' to update the contact's physical address.
Open the Payment Details Tab
From the Payment Details, click 'Edit' to update the contact's banking information.
You can easily track the payment history for a contact in the Transactions tab of their profile.
Here you can upload the contact's W9, if needed.
And you can upload other documents for the contact, such as an invoice.
